• Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be agreed at the time of booking.
• Deposits may be required to secure a date.
• Final payment deadlines will be confirmed in writing.

Failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of services.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms will be agreed as part of the booking process.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding guest numbers, timings and event details. Significant changes may affect pricing and availability and should be communicated as early as possible.

7. Allergies and dietary requirements

Croft Catering takes food safety seriously. However:

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
• We cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where relevant information has not been provided.

8. Liability

Croft Catering will take all reasonable care in the preparation and service of food.

We are not liable for:

• Circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, supplier failure or venue restrictions
• Loss or damage to property at an event unless caused by proven negligence

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
