Croft Catering provides full-service catering for weddings, private events, and festivals. Andy Croft-Brown has 25 years of high-end international culinary experience. Menus are seasonal, flexible, and planned per event. All dietary needs are catered for including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

## Wedding Catering

Croft Catering specialises in weddings, offering:

- **Canapés and welcome food** — bite-sized dishes served during drinks receptions (e.g. wild mushroom arancini, smoked salmon blinis, goat's cheese tart, Jamón Ibérico croquettes)
- **Sit-down feasts** — sharing platters placed at the centre of each table. Example menus include Italian feast, Middle Eastern feast (slow-cooked Gower Salt Marsh lamb, flatbreads, jewelled couscous), Indian feasts, and classic roast menus
- **Desserts and cheese boards** — including lemon tart, sticky toffee pudding, Valrhona chocolate parfait, and a selection of artisan English cheeses
- **Evening street food** — served from the vintage Airstream catering unit, including fish and chips in paper cones, bao buns, burgers and fries, tacos, and hot rolls

All wedding menus are bespoke — the dishes listed are examples, not a fixed list. Fully staffed and equipped.

## Private Chef at Home

Seasonal menus prepared and served in the client's home for relaxed, intimate gatherings.
